Ejercer mis derechos (RGPD)

• All orders are shipped from an in-bond-hub location in Romania. 

• Pre-orders are shipped from the USA, cleared in in transit bond hub, then delivered to the final consignee. 

• Final transport to your address will be done, customs cleared, all prepaid taxes 

• Standard Shipping is done with UPS and can take between  5-10 working days, depending on the destination country. UPS will send email notification with the details of delivery. UPS service is an unsigned service, and delivery options includes safe place, neighboring , access points or lockers.  You will be able to select the desired option from the On demand delivery email received in the day of delivery.

• For Romania, we are using Colete Online shipping platforms, from which you will receive the confirmation of the tracking number.  For delivery to the consignee, we are using Fan Courier and SAME Day, including their locker delivery. Locker selection will be displayed at checkout.

• Si un paquete es rechazado en el momento de la entrega debido a la falta de pago de los derechos de importación, no responsable para el pedido o su devolución.

• En los casos en que el paquete nos sea devuelto con éxito, emitiremos un reembolso. menos cualquier tarifa de devolución y el costo de envío original .

• Los gastos de devolución los determina el servicio de mensajería y pueden ser considerables. Se deducirán de tu reembolso.

• Hay sin garantía que el paquete nos será devuelto si es rechazado y, en tales casos, no se podrá emitir un reembolso.

• Si el mensajero intenta la entrega varias veces sin éxito o el paquete permanece sin reclamar, puede ser destruido o devuelto al remitente.

• Somos no responsable para reembolsos o reemplazos en casos donde el paquete sea demolido por falta de entrega.

• Monitoree su enlace de seguimiento y asegúrese de que haya alguien disponible para recibir su pedido.

• Los aranceles e impuestos aduaneros los calcula UPS y deben abonarse antes de la entrega. Recibirá una factura aduanera directamente del mensajero.

• El pago de estas tarifas es necesario para recibir su paquete y cualquier retraso en el pago retrasará la entrega.

• Antiaging Cosmetics no se responsabiliza de ningún derecho de aduana ni impuesto de importación. La autoridad aduanera local determina estos cargos y el cliente debe pagarlos.

• Todos los productos se declaran a su valor total para efectos aduaneros; no podemos alterar este monto para reducir los cargos por derechos de aduana.

• Los derechos e impuestos son No reembolsable .

US- Expiration Date

Under the U.S. FDA, cosmetics (unlike drugs) are not required by law to carry an expiration date.

• The FDA only requires expiration dates for products that are classified as drugs (e.g., sunscreen, acne treatment, dandruff shampoo, etc.).

Some brands choose to include:

• • A "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol — e.g., 12M meaning “good for 12 months after opening.”

  • A batch or lot code, which lets the manufacturer track production and recall items if needed.. The batch code can be checked directly with the manufacturer.

  • In the EU, cosmetic law requires either an expiration date (“Best before”) or a PAO symbol.
    That’s why European cosmetics usually show it — but the U.S. leaves it to the manufacturer's discretion.

• Regular cosmetics — such as lipsticks, creams, perfumes, or makeup — are considered safe until proven otherwise, as long as they’re stored properly and show no visible signs of spoilage.

Japan Expiration Date

Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly known as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act) states that it is not necessary to display an expiration date, except for cosmetics that deteriorate within three years of manufacture. Once opened, cosmetics should be used up as soon as possible. If you want to use them again next season, avoid places with high temperatures and humidity or large temperature changes.

Some brands choose to include:

• • A "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol — e.g., 12M meaning “good for 12 months after opening.”
