Cosmetice Antiaging store- Shipping Policy

 

 

All orders are shipped from in bond-hub location in Romania. 

Pre-orders are shipped from the USA, cleared in in transit bond hub, then delivered to the final consignee. 

Final transport to your address will be done customs cleared, all prepaid taxes 

Standard Shipping is done with UPS and can take between  5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.

For Romania, we are using Fan Courier and Same day. Access point delivery is available at checkout.

 

Order handling time

  • Order Handling time 1-3 days from order place date. Once processed, you will receive a notification from the store .

Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods,  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), opened beauty products, or health and beauty supplements, Buy 1 Get 1 Free items, clearance items marked on their product page with the notice “Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, items marked on their product page with the following note: "This item is not eligible for return, exchange or refund."

According to our policy and applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014 & Directive 2011/83/EU), refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the order was paid using a voucher/gift card, the refund will also be issued in the form of a voucher (or store credit) for the exact same value.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please return the items to our In-bond hub partner in Romania. We suggest you return the items using registered mail to avoid lost packages.
  • We are happy to arrange a replacement or refund of the item’s price for items returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please return items in their original condition with their original packaging and tags or labels. We may not be able to process your return if it does not have a RMA number, or if the items are not complete or in their original condition.
  • We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds or returns if you suspect the items caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition.

 

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com
  • If you request a replacement but we do not have stock of your items, we will issue a refund of the item’s price instead.
  • All replacement items will be shipped back to you using Standard shipping service.
  • At Cosmetice Antiaging, we do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in case of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Cosmetice Antiaging's decision regarding return requests will be final.

Order Tracking

  • All orders are shipped from an in-bond-hub location in Romania. 

  • Pre-orders are shipped from the USA, cleared in in transit bond hub, then delivered to the final consignee. 

  • Final transport to your address will be done, customs cleared, all prepaid taxes 

  • Standard Shipping is done with UPS and can take between  5-10 working days, depending on the destination country. UPS will send email notification with the details of delivery. UPS service is an unsigned service, and delivery options includes safe place, neighboring , access points or lockers.  You will be able to select the desired option from the On demand delivery email received in the day of delivery.

  • For Romania, we are using Colete Online shipping platforms, from which you will receive the confirmation of the tracking number.  For delivery to the consignee, we are using Fan Courier and SAME Day, including their locker delivery. Locker selection will be displayed at checkout.

Refusal to pay imports

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

( US destination and specific APAC Countries)

 

If a parcel is refused upon delivery due to non-payment of import duties, we are not liable for the order or its return.

  • In cases where the parcel is successfully returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any return fees and the original shipping cost.

  • Return fees are determined by the courier and can be significant. These will be deducted from your refund.

  • There is no guarantee that the parcel will be returned to us if refused, and in such cases, a refund cannot be issued.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If the courier attempts delivery multiple times unsuccessfully or the parcel remains unclaimed, it may be destroyed or returned to sender.

  • We are not responsible for refunds or replacements in cases where the parcel is demolished due to non-delivery.

  • Please monitor your tracking link and ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Customs and Duties

  • Customs duties and taxes are calculated by UPS and must be paid before delivery. You will receive a customs invoice directly from the courier.

  • Payment of these fees is necessary to receive your parcel and any payment delays will delay delivery.

  • Antiaging Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Your local customs authority determines these charges and must be paid by the customer.

  • All products are declared at full value for customs purposes; we cannot alter this amount to reduce duty charges.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates and import guidelines before placing an order.

US- Expiration Date

Under the U.S. FDA, cosmetics (unlike drugs) are not required by law to carry an expiration date.

  • The FDA only requires expiration dates for products that are classified as drugs (e.g., sunscreen, acne treatment, dandruff shampoo, etc.).

Some brands choose to include:

    • A "Period After Opening" (PAO) symbol — e.g., 12M meaning “good for 12 months after opening.”

    • A batch or lot code, which lets the manufacturer track production and recall items if needed.. The batch code can be checked directly with the manufacturer.

    • In the EU, cosmetic law requires either an expiration date (“Best before”) or a PAO symbol.
      That’s why European cosmetics usually show it — but the U.S. leaves it to the manufacturer's discretion.
  • Regular cosmetics — such as lipsticks, creams, perfumes, or makeup — are considered safe until proven otherwise, as long as they’re stored properly and show no visible signs of spoilage.

  • We have asked every manufacturer about their shelf life and PAO ( Period after opening), and this information is added at the Product Page. If you prefer their official communication, please don't hesitate to contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com to provide a copy of such confirmation. 

Japan- Expiration Date

·         Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act (formerly known as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act) states that it is not necessary to display an expiration date, except for cosmetics that deteriorate within three years of manufacture. Once opened, cosmetics should be used up as soon as possible. If you want to use them again next season, avoid places with high temperatures and humidity or large temperature changes.

Some brands choose to include:
