Directions Apply the strip to clean, dry teeth, following contour of teeth. Do not apply gums or other soft tissue. Leave on for recommended time (45 minutes Professional Effects and 60 1 Hour Express). Remove discard. Brush teeth gently remove any residual gel. Use as directed, be used more than 22 days.
