SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through cosmeticeantiaging.shop and is operated by BEAUTYMED LLC (DBA Antiaging Cosmetics), a company registered in the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

 

PART 1 — SHIPPING

1.1 Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification with tracking details.

Note: During peak periods or promotional events, handling times may be slightly extended. We will communicate about any delays promptly.

1.2 Dispatch Location

Products are sourced directly from the USA, Japan, and South Korea and consolidated at our European fulfillment partner before dispatch to the final consignee.

For pre-orders for customers located in EU, items are shipped from the USA, cleared through our in-transit bonded hub in Europe, and then delivered to your address. All applicable customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us — you will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

For pre-orders for customers located in the US, we procure goods fresh directly from the authorized retailers and dispatch to you, duty unpaid or paid based on the checkout delivery selection.

1.3 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to European Union member states and selected European countries. The following delivery services are available:

  Standard Shipping (UPS): 5–10 business days depending on destination country. Available at checkout across all eligible countries.

  Romania — Fan Courier / Same Day Delivery: Available for Romanian addresses. Access point delivery is also available at checkout

·         EMS – Postal services for non-EU countries located in Europe which do not have UPS services. All selections are available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

1.4  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties are reflected as well in the checkout.

1.5  Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking notification within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com.

1.6  Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect from an access point, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

1.7  Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the relevant carrier. Please allow up to 5 additional business days before a shipment is officially considered lost. Once confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

PART 2 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1  Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with original tags and in its original packaging.

  You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and obtained before sending any items back.

Items returned without prior authorization or an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.

2.2  How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.3  Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  Opened or used beauty, skincare, and personal care products.

  Health and dietary supplements.

  Perishable goods.

  Custom or personalized products.

  Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotional items.

  Clearance items marked "Not eligible for return, exchange or refund" on their product page.

  Items marked "This item is not eligible for return, exchange or refund" on their product page.

We are unable to offer refunds or returns if you believe an item caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new skincare product.

2.4  European Union — Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and OUG 34/2014 (as applicable), consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

This right applies to eligible items only. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  Goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

  Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number upon confirmation.

Return shipping to our in-bond hub partner in Romania is the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using tracked/registered mail to avoid lost packages.

2.5  Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

2.6  Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved:

  Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014 & Directive 2011/83/EU).

  If the original payment was made using a voucher or gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit of equivalent value.

  Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com.

2.7  Replacements

If you request a replacement and the item is in stock, it will be dispatched using our Standard Shipping service at no extra cost to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund of the item's price instead.

2.8  Policy Abuse

Antiaging Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests in cases of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our return policy. In such cases, our decision will be final. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Where mandatory EU consumer protection law applies to customers located within the European Union, such statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
