REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through cosmeticeantiaging.shop, operated by BEAUTYMED LLC (DBA Antiaging Cosmetics), a company registered in the United States since 2024. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and handling all refund requests fairly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OUG 34/2014 where applicable.
1. Our Refund Commitment
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help. Please read the sections below carefully to understand when and how refunds apply.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
• You received an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.
• You received the wrong item.
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
• You exercised your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt (EU consumers — see Section 6).
• You cancelled your order before it was dispatched.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused, unopened condition with original packaging and tags, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable mandatory law:
• Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care products.
• Opened health and dietary supplements.
• Perishable goods.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotional items.
• Clearance items marked "Not eligible for return, exchange or refund" on their product page.
• Items marked "This item is not eligible for return, exchange or refund" on their product page.
• Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
We are unable to issue refunds if you believe a product caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin condition. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new skincare or haircare product.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact us
Email us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe (14 days of receipt for standard returns; 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items). Include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographic evidence where applicable (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Step 2 — Receive authorization
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Step 3 — Return the item (if applicable)
Send the item(s) to our in-bond logistics hub in Romania using tracked/registered mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Step 4 — Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed as described in Section 5.
5. Refund Processing & Timelines
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with OUG 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU.
• If the original payment was made using a voucher or gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit of equivalent value.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
• We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated on our end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
6. EU Consumers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and OUG 34/2014.
Scope of the right
This right applies to eligible items only. It does not apply to:
• Goods that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU).
• Sealed goods which have been unsealed and are thus no longer suitable for return.
How to exercise this right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Include your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions and an RMA number.
Refund under withdrawal
Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund of the item price within 14 calendar days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original transaction. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed.
Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not limited or waived by any other provision of this policy.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com with:
• Your order number.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. This applies regardless of the non-refundable item categories listed in Section 3, as it concerns a fulfilment error or product defect.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cosmeticeantiaging@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
• If cancelled before dispatch: a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• If already dispatched: you will need to follow the standard return process outlined in Section 4. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
9. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we are happy to arrange this where stock is available. Replacement items will be dispatched using our Standard Shipping service at no extra cost to you.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund of the item price instead.
10. Policy Abuse
Antiaging Cosmetics reserves the right to decline refund or return requests in cases of repeated or suspected abuse of this policy. In such cases, our decision will be final. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Where mandatory EU consumer protection legislation grants you additional rights, those rights remain fully applicable and are not limited by this policy.
