Appliquer la quantité recommandée (2 mg/cm2 de peau) une demi-heure avant l'exposition au soleil sur une peau propre et sèche. Réduire cette dose de crème diminue considérablement le niveau de protection solaire. Réappliquer toutes les deux heures lors d'une exposition directe au soleil et notamment après s'être séché avec une serviette, après avoir nagé ou transpiré. Répéter l'application est essentiel pour maintenir le niveau de protection et l'efficacité du traitement. Lorsque vous êtes exposé au soleil direct, portez des lunettes de soleil et un chapeau de soleil et évitez les heures de midi, période où le rayonnement solaire est le plus intense (11 h - 16 h).
