Ντουλάπιστε το στόμα με 10 mL (2 κουταλάκια γλυκού) για 30 δευτερόλεπτα, στη συνέχεια εξτρώξτε το σέβα. Χρησιμοποιήστε έως και 4 φορές την ημέρα μετά την καθαρισμό των δοντιών και τη χρήση νηματάκι δοντιών, ή όπως συνιστάται από τον οδοντίατρο ή τον γιατρό.
