Your legal guarantee rights in the European Union
If you purchase goods from our store as a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from statutory legal guarantee rights for goods that do not conform to the sales contract.

How to make a legal guarantee claim
If you believe that a product purchased from us does not conform to the sales contract, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs or other supporting information where appropriate
We will review your request and inform you of the applicable remedy in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or reimbursement.
Legal guarantee and commercial warranty
The statutory legal guarantee is a consumer right established by law. It is different from any voluntary commercial warranty that may be offered by a manufacturer or seller.
If a product is covered by an additional commercial warranty, the terms and duration of that warranty will be communicated separately and do not limit your statutory legal guarantee rights.
